PARKING IN GREENTREE VILLAGE

Each unit in Greentree Village has been assigned two parking spaces. Green Ash Drive and Sweet Spice Court have an insufficient number of parking spaces to be assigned within the courts. Additional parking spaces for Green Ash Drive and Sweet Spice Court are located on Sweet Birch Court (GAD Lot No. 127) and Fox Grape Lane (Lot Nos. GAD126, SPC127 and SPC128). Parking Permits are required for these spaces.

Permits

At the present, valid Parking Permits are required on Green Ash Drive and Sweet Spice Court. Parking Permits for the entire community have not been determined at this time.

Valid Parking Permits must be displayed and hung from the front mirror (rear view mirror with numbers facing outward) of your vehicle in full view so that you are not towed. All vehicles without a permit or not properly displayed will be towed immediately. Towing is a part of this community to ensure our homeowners residential parking is always available.

You must sign for your Parking Permits and provide appropriate vehicle and motorcycle information including Vehicle/Motorcycle Make, Color and Tag Number, in order to receive your permits. Two Parking Permits are assigned per townhouse in Green Ash Drive and Sweet Spice Court.

Parking Permits are distributed each November/December and the color of the permit changes year to year to avoid duplication. They are assigned to Lot Nos. Rental properties are assigned the Parking Permits directly unless otherwise specified by the Owner or Property Manager in which they will distribute them.
