For general homeowner comments or questions, please contact Maria Messina, Administrative Assistant. This includes billing and/or quarterly statement questions, parking and/or towing, architectural and environmental questions, and related or relevant questions. Mr. Falwell reviews with Board Members all issues of the association and general discussions and/or decisions based on the Community's By-laws, Articles and Declarations including attached addendums, resolutions and amendments that include the Fairfax Community Association Laws and the State of Virginia Codes.
