PURPOSE OF ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS

The Greentree Village Community Association’s Architectural Standards are published to assist Greentree Village Residents and the Architectural Control Committee (herein referred to as the “ACC”) in maintaining the architectural standards outlined in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, and Community By-Laws—the governing documents of the Greentree Village Community.

The Architectural Standards serve to:

  • clarify Greentree Village’s architectural design and planning guidelines for exterior modifications;
  • outline architectural change request requirements and processing procedures;
  • establish consistent, well-published property review criteria; and
  • clearly define enforcement procedures and options.

This document has been prepared with input from the community and the ACC, and was approved by the Board of Directors. Compliance with these community standards is ensured through the Architectural Control Committee Property Review program described within.

Interior construction modifications do not require the ACC approval unless the modifications will affect the safety and security of neighboring homeowners. The ACC is committed to making determinations in the best interest of individual homeowners and the community as a whole. Copies of the Greentree Village Architectural Standards are hereby provided to each property owner and resident and signed for as receipt.

For an ACC Form, please click on the Forms link on the left toolbar. For Architectural Guidelines and exterior color chart, see section 30 in the Homeowner's Manual.
