About Greentree Village

Greentree Village is a tree-lined community of 124 town homes and is an ideal location to live for both professionals and families. The area provides a quiet and comfortable venue to relax and enjoy a country-like setting while still being close to the metropolitan area.

Greentree Village has a great park right across the street and community activities for all children. It is located in West Springfield, Virginia between Old Keene Mill Road and Sydenstricker, off Field Master Drive on Silvervine Lane. It is convenient to many shopping areas in both Burke and Springfield.

Greentree Village is a wonderful place to live and our largest asset is the people who live here. Our friendly and concerned residents take pride in their community, both through our volunteer programs and through the dedication of our Board of Directors.

An elected Board of Director has a fiduciary responsibility to take appropriate action to
uphold the common interests of the community and administer the affairs of the Association.  The Board of Directors meets monthly for a business meeting. The meeting is held at a location posted on the Community Bulletin Board on the second Wednesday of each month.  The Board must make decisions and take steps concerning violations,
oversee maintenance of the common areas, review, approve or deny architectural applications for changes to homeowner property, decide what actions to take concerning overdue association assessments, and take actions to secure a well-maintained and safe neighborhood.
